Multiple payment methods
Twice a month payment is sent for all purchases that have been shipped by the photographer. With Instaproofs you have a choice of either receiving your payment via standard paper check, direct deposit into your US checking account, or through PayPal. The choice is yours.
Print upgrades
Go for the upsell. Add a frame to that print. Protect it. Encourage your clients to turn standard prints into cherished gifts and packaged presents ready to give.
Drag-and-drop file uploads
After your easy setup, creating new Events and adding photos is as simple as filling out a short form, and dropping in your files. No waiting days or weeks for an Event's images to go live, once you have uploaded your images they can immediatly be shown to your clients and their friends.
FTP file uploads
In addition to our own drag-and-drop online file uploader you can choose to upload your images with your favorite FTP client. Just like the file uploader there is no waiting days or weeks for an Event's images to go live, once you have uploaded and processed your images they can immediatly be shown to your clients and their friends through your storefront.
Use your own visitor stat tracking codes
Do you have an account with a third party stat tracker (like Google Analytics) that requires you to put specific code (HTML/Javascript) on your site to help track your visitors? If you do, you can add your own stat tracking code to your storefront and track your visitors like you would on your own personal site.

Photo Zoom protects your work
People like to see details. However, you might not want to give them access to high resolution images. Our Zoom feature protects you, and lets your customers see the little things. Zoom it to the max.
Never send a payment
Because you are never charged unless you make a sale, you will never be sent a bill from Instaproofs for anything. Once an order has been placed we take our fee straight from the order and remit the rest of the order total back to you. There are no monthly or per-event fees associated with using Instaproofs.
Easy image viewing
Through the use of a beautiful slideshow your clients and visitors can see all of your images in a very simple way. They can also add to their favorites right from the slideshow, and email the image links to their friends (driving even more traffic to your site). This is just one of the many ways in which your clients can view their images through your storefront.
Slideshow linking
If you would like to link slideshows from your events directly off of your personal website, you can! Simply paste the code provided by Instaproofs onto your website wherever you would like a link to an event category slideshow to appear.
Secure transactions
We handle all transactions securely, so you don't have to worry about, or pay for your own secure certificate or Merchant Account. The credit card processing charges are included in our standard fee.
Exportable visitor list
With tools available on Instaproofs you can find out who visited your site, how many times they visited and when they did. Aside from seeing this information online, you can export the list of email addresses from your site visitors to excel and do your own extra marketing if you choose.
Customizable automatic emails
Every reminder, invitation, and thank you email can be customized to say anything that you would like it to say. In addition to static, generic text you can add dynamic content to your emails through our email customization page. You can add dynamic items like the Event names, event expiration dates, your logo, discount period expiration dates, your website url, and more. Each of these items, when used in the emails, is automatically adjusted within your emails without the need of updating and changing your email format for each and every new Event you post.
Send bulk emails
When an important announcement needs to be made to all of your previous event visitors, Instaproofs provides a quick and easy way to send to everyone at once. This is very useful for announcing discounts and sales, and is also handy for announcing the completion of images being added to an event.
Category and event level passwords
In addition to allowing you to add a password to an event, we offer you the further ability to password protect individual categories within an event. If you have some shots that may be too personal to post for all to see, simply drop them into a category named appropriately and add a password to the category.
Minimum order size limit
Instaproofs lets you have control of the orders you receive... if you would like to set a minimum limit on the size of yours orders you are free to do that.
Shipping price options
Since you fulfill all of the orders that you recieve through your Instaproofs storefront you are also given the ability to define your shipping prices in multiple ways... 1) a specific dollar amount based on the order total, 2) a percentage of the order based on the order total, 3) a flat fee based on the print sizes ordered, or 4) allow your clients to pickup the images directly from you at no charge to them.
