A few years ago we developed an iPad application where you could load contract templates into the app and have your clients sign and email the contracts directly from the iPad. The application took quite a bit of work and a very significant amount of money to design and develop, but it never really caught on in the App Store and we ended up removing it a year or so later due to the ongoing maintenance costs associated with it.
As a part of the development process we had quite a few photography contract templates created for us by a well-known photography lawyer, and we offered them as in-app purchase options from within the app. However, ever since the app was pulled from the App Store the contracts have been sitting unused.
We would like to make those templates available for any/all to use that has a need for them.

These are simple contracts that you can add your own branding and customizations to. They should be thought of as sample contracts, and can act as a starting point for you and your business. Within each contract are placeholders that you can replace with your own name, client and company information.
