Scheduled Event Activation
Prior to this update you could manually activate (enable) your events when you were ready for your clients to view their images. Today's new functionality adds the ability to schedule the activation dates!

At first glance this may not seem like that big of a deal, but it really makes things nice! For example, you can now do the following:

  • Create your events and schedule them to automatically activate at some point in the future.
  • Upload the event's images anytime before the scheduled activation date.
  • And that's it; you're done! On the morning of the selected date your event will automatically activate, and, if you provided your client's email address when creating the event, your client will (optionally) automatically receive your customized gallery invitation email.
No more trying to remember to go back and activate the event after the images have been uploaded, and no more forgetting to manually send your invitation emails.
