Step 1. Upload Images
Once you have created your Instaproofs account, you’ll be able to upload images immediately, for free. We don’t charge for storage or bandwidth because we know that viewing leads to buying. Your images can remain online for up to 270 days (well above industry standards), giving you plenty of time to market and sell them to your clients.
Step 2. Promote Your Events
We do whatever we can to make it easy for not only you, but for your customers also, to promote your events. Some of our promotional tools include: automated sale and discount notifications, social bookmarking, photo forwarding, exportable visitor lists, and a refferal commission program.
Most of these great features have come directly from photographer requests. We take the time to listen to our users, so if you have an idea, please clue us in.

Step 3. Sell, Sell, Sell
With our customizable storefronts, personalized domain names, image zoom ability, automated image slideshows, and our upselling features, we go out of our way to help you sell as many of your prints as possible. We also allow you to add your own analytics code, define your own META descriptions, and create rich-text marketting emails, so that you can easily do your part as well.
We collect the order details, we handle the payment process, and you get a nice, easy report of what needs to be printed and shipped to your clients.
No Credit Card Fees
Instaproofs covers all credit card transaction fees, and percentages. We aren’t going to nickel and dime you. You pay a sliding scale commission for what gets sold on your storefront, and that is it.
Step 4. Fulfill Your Orders Where You Want
Good labs are hard to find, and we're not going to limit your options by tying you down to the lab of our choice. Once you have received an order, use the details that we provide and fulfill the order at the lab of your choosing.
By allowing you to remain in control of the fulfillment process, you are free to offer the products and prints of your choice, without limitations.

We pay our photographers every two weeks via direct deposit (our preferred method), paypal, and mailed paper checks (not our favorite option, but we offer it anyway). Make sales, get paid. What could be easier?
