LET'S TALK ABOUT THIS
Since the majority of your sales will be driven by automated emails in one way or another, let's take a few minutes to talk about them! Some of the different automated emails that we can send out for you include:
  • General Reminders - These are simple reminders that are sent out periodically to let your clients know their images are still available for viewing and purchasing.
  • Event Expiring - Sent just a few days before each gallery expires, these emails give your clients a heads-up on the fact that their images will soon be taken offline. Aside from special promotional sales, these types of emails drive nearly ALL of the orders that are received after the first few weeks that a gallery is online.
  • Sale Starting/Ending - Who has time to manually send notices each time a sale starts and ends? Once you've got these emails set up, all that's left to do is wait for the orders to come rolling in.
  • Abandoned Cart Reminders - Life can be hectic, and sometimes items placed in a shopping cart are forgotten. These emails send friendly reminders to any of your visitors that may have accidentally left items sitting in their cart.
  • Order Status Updates - Instead of manually contacting each of your clients after shipping their orders, these emails allow you to automatically notify your clients when their order status changes.
  • Ready For Download - Regardless of whether your clients are downloading a full gallery or just their selected favorites, these automated emails will let them know when their images are ready for download.
MODIFYING YOUR EMAIL TEMPLATES
Modifying your email templates is done through the Email Templates page within the Setup tab. Simply scroll down to the "GLOBAL EMAIL TEMPLATES" area and click the Edit button next to the template you'd like to modify.
